Journey To Your Highest Self | The 4 Pillars

What Will Your Journey Require From You?

When it comes to your desired reality, you have to understand that it’s going to require a new version of yourself. If you were already who you had to show up as, you’d already be there. This isn’t because you can’t be, but it is because you have not committed yourself to embodying the traits and characteristics necessary on a consistent basis. You have to wake up every single day and empower yourself to SHOW UP! It sounds easy, but over the course of my own journey I have recognized that I have had to intentionally address some emotional trauma I had suppressed.
When you suppress yourself or anything you feel, you begin to create a blockage within and your perspective and what you feel is possible FOR YOU becomes limited. You begin to feel as though you lack in some capacity and with lack you lose confidence in yourself. You then begin to embody certain thought patterns, traits and behaviors that then breed a reality in alignment with exactly how you feel. And believing that you attract what you are, If you FEEL like you’re stuck, if you FEEL like you’re broke, If you FEEL like you can’t find the right person, the right position.. that’s what you are attracting. By not confronting the wound head on and healing it, you create a reality in alignment with lack and limitation.
What you FEEL ultimately becomes what you believe to be truthful for you, even if it’s not the truth or how others perceive you. The enlightening part about this is that, once you are aware of yourself and where you are in your journey, you can put in the work and make the necessary changes to combat the undesirable and heal yourself and create flow where there was once a block. This is what the Journey To Your Highest Self is all about; Fearlessly living in your authenticity and truth, and being confident about who you are and who you are showing up as. It’s about loving yourself, and about being able to validate yourself outside of external influences.
I believe that the key to remaining focused on your journey is to build and maintain a strong foundation for yourself that’s able to withstand outside influences. With a firm foundation, you’re unbreakable! You’re always able to make confident decisions with the KNOWING that it’s in alignment with your individual journey and your highest self. On Jasmine's Journey, I like to structure my foundation into 4 pillars: Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Physical. Maintaining balance within each pillar is the key to maintaining harmony within and creating a reality in alignment with your heart’s desires. Each 12 Week Year I will choose specific focuses for each pillar with the intention to self develop and evolve that area of my foundation. Knowledge to me, is powerful, and as soon as I receive information that resonates with me or I believe can benefit my journey, I move forward with implementing it into my lifestyle and executing it in real time. So for this upcoming 12 Week New Year, this is what I will be focused on:

The Mental Pillar
Maintaining a Growth vs. Fixed Mindset
Reprogramming My Subconscious Mind

The Spiritual Pillar
Balancing My Chakras
Maintaining Spiritual Routines

The Emotional Pillar
Increasing My Level of Emotional Intelligence
Raising & Maintaining High Vibrations

The Physical Pillar
Goals: Shred Body Fat, Tone My Waist, & Grow My Glutes
Nutrition: Tracking and Eating the proper amount of calories for my goals
Maintain the discipline and consistency throughout 12 Week Gym Plan

What Traits & Characteristics Am I Embodying on My Journey?

Self Belief:
The belief in your ability to complete tasks and to achieve your goals. It’s directly related to your self worth, self trust and self confidence.

Vulnerability:
Emotional vulnerability is about letting yourself be seen and known for who you truly are, instead of how you might prefer to be perceived. It means being open and honest about your own feelings, thoughts and needs.

Willingness:
Willingness is a state of mind that involves being open to new experiences, taking risks, and embracing change. It’s the readiness to respond to life's situations wisely. It is openness to the moment and doing what is needed. When you practice Willingness, you are listening carefully to your wise mind.

Honesty:
Self-honesty is key to because it lets you clearly see your strengths and weaknesses. Once you know your weaknesses, you can work on improving them. And when you know your strengths, you can capitalize on them. But most importantly, being honest with yourself allows you to set realistic goals.

Truthfulness:
Living in your truth is about knowing your personal values and basing your decisions on them more than on your social conditioning. It requires accurate self-knowledge to live as your true self.

Obedience:
Being obedient to oneself can mean developing self-discipline and making choices that are authentic to your new self. These choices can be unnatural to your old self, but authentic to your new self as you grow.

Commitment:
Being committed to yourself means making an effort to do things for yourself, such as getting to know yourself, learning what you like, and achieving your goals. Committing to yourself in life means taking responsibility of your choices and actions whether they are good or bad.

Consistency:
Consistency ties directly into building habits that can positively change your behavior. When you're consistent, you build the momentum you need to get (and stay) motivated, and make progress.

Authenticity:
Authenticity means being true to your own personality, values, and spirit, regardless of the pressure that you're under to act otherwise. It’s being honest with yourself and with others, and taking responsibility for your mistakes. Living from a place of authenticity allows you to be more confident your abilities because you can be honest with yourself. You know what you have to offer and where you need to improve.

Faithfulness:
When you're loyal to yourself, you strengthen your love for self. When you’re loyal to yourself, you honor your own feelings, and show up in an authentic way. Faithfulness to self also makes you better able to love others as well.

Before writing out and finalizing your 12 Week Year Plan, I encourage you to dive deeper into your journey and really meet yourself where you are so that you are able to take accountability for where you are, decide where you would like to arrive at the end of this next year (12 Weeks), and form a plan with more confidence that motivates you to stay focused and disciplined on your individual path. Here are some Journal Prompts for Self Discovery & Reflection:

What are my core values? Why?

Why do you want to improve your life?

List 3 goals you want to accomplish in these next 12 weeks.

Do your goals truly reflect your desires? Or do they reflect what someone else (a parent, partner, friend, etc.) wants for you?

What parts of your daily life need to change for you to achieve your goals?

What is one goal you set that you did not achieve? Why?

What belief are you holding onto that is holding you back?

What things do you need to let go of?

What are my most common emotions?

What do you love about yourself?

What helps you stay focused and motivated when you feel discouraged?

What do you look forward to most in the future?

Identify one area where you’d like to improve. Then, list three specific actions you can take to create that change.

Developing Your Plan:

After journaling, create your rough draft 12 week plan in alignment with your highest self. Give yourself the freedom to see yourself at your most desired state of being, even if you don't believe in it at this very moment. During the next 12 weeks, we will be developing self and I will be giving you tools to increase your confidence and build an unbreakable belief system so that the impossible becomes possible for you and your vision can expand.
